Delete your Mella account

You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or here, without the app.

What gets deleted

  • • Your profile, photos and ID verification
  • • Your connections, matches and messages
  • • Deals you've posted, meetings, endorsements and call history

Deletion is permanent and happens straight away. We keep only the limited records the law requires, such as payment records for tax, for up to 6 years.

Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google — cancel them in your phone's subscription settings as well.

Signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email"? Use the relay address Apple created, or delete from the app.
